“Born on 15 March 1953 in Sárosfa (Blatná na Ostrove, Slovakia). Lives and acts in Gelle (Holice, Slovakia). Studied graphics and painting from Pál Skriba and Gyula Bartal.

His talent got discovered at an early stage. He declared Pál Skriba as his teacher, but practically he has been shaping and building his career on his own. An autonomous being – in these terms too. He always connects the main message with the adequate form of visual expression. He arrived with his exhibition in the 80’s in Bratislava expressing a mature and conscious representation of the reality (despite the dislike of the ruling party) and making himself the master of colour-poetry. Since then he has achieved numerous successes at home and abroad”
